Guidelines for US Customs Clearance
Weight limit: 25kg
Items listed below are prohibited or restricted for US Customs clearance: Dietary supplements with prohibited ingredients, products including parts of animal body (of chicken, beef, pork, etc.), drugs such as aspirin, medicine, dangerous or flammable items, perfume with high alcohol content, cosmetics with sprays, BioCell Collagen Ⅱ (collagen (gelatin) related to bovine spongiform encephalopathy), any item that exceeds Customs’ limit in its quantity or weight, or that does not meet Customs’ standard of inspection condition.

Cancel Orders/Exchange/Return/Refund/Customer Service
You can cancel your order when your order status is on Order and Payment; once the status is on Preparing Items, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
Partial cancellation is not allowed; you can only cancel an entire order.
After the receipt of shipment, you cannot exchange or return items for any reason other than defective or damaged products.
If your item is damaged or defective, you can return or exchange your product by contacting us through our one-to-one customer service or at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt of shipment.
